Have Had such pleasant and productive with all staff members. My treatment has been a little stalled due to off season Rig work, but is still showing significant improvement/ progress. This really boosts my confidence, mood and self esteem. I’d like to single out Leena and Priscilla ( Apologies if spelt wrong) Due to banks being banks I’ve had some unnecessary issues. These are usually stressful and embarrassing. I am unable to speak more highly in the thoroughness and assistance these wonderful individuals provided me. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I thought the team was professional, and going in each week was a really pleasant experience. They were very proactive with checking on my hair's progress and booking me in growth checks. These really helped and it was nice that they were on top of this stuff rather than me following up on it. They were like that across the board really. So after 6 months into treatment I am happy with the results I ve seen, happy with the money I've spent, and I do believe that given my after treatment care, in another 6 months or so I will be completely satisfied with my balding head. Further to my previous post a year ago now, I still attend on a 12 weekly basis with progress on every visit. I am very very satisfied with my results of the last year which has deffinately boosted my confidence. I don't think that you could find friendlier and more accomdating staff in any establishment. I am only 6 weeks in, and the prospects for my regrowth are extremely promising. The whole process from my filling out an enquiry on FB whilst away at work, to my first follow up today has been extremely proffessional. The staff are the most friendly team and very accommodating to suit your lifestyle. The products supplied for my program are of the highest quality and I am confident in the science behind their use. I feel that my hair is thicker than it was only 6 weeks ago. Thanks to the team at Subiaco. See you all next week and looking forward to my next follow up in another six weeks.

IHLS has become an integral part of my life over the past decade. The team there including Lisa, Chrissy, Shaye and guided by owner Derek, treat you like an absolute King. From the sweets at reception, to tea, coffee or apple juice while you complete a laser treatment, nothing is too much trouble. The star of the show is the results of the treatment. Guys, if you actually want your real hair back, this is not a gimmick. You get to see microscopic photographs in real time, in person as the camera is on your scalp. You can track your progress with your own eyes and once your hair really starts coming back, you'll maintain it as long as you like all with the friendly service and support this company is famous for. It's an easy routine to follow and inexpensive on the wallet. I give them my highest recommendation and can't thank them enough for saving my hair.

I first went to IHLS in February 2021, I had tried other hair loss places and had gotten nowhere but I had a friend who had gone here and his results were impressive. When I first went, i had significant hair loss to my crown and my front hairline was receding. I didnt have much hope for my hair but I thought I would give IHLS a shot anyway. I still cannot believe the results they helped me achieve to this day. My crown is almost filled in, my hairline is returning to normal and the colour of my hair had darkened to a colour I hadn't seen in years. My self esteem went up and my family who would avoid the subject before, keep mentioning how much my hair has improved. First appointment with Lisa was very pleasant and informative. I was told exactly what was happening with my hair, reassured that it was possible to regrow, and shown different packages to suit me to help regrow. After only a couple of months there has been a huge difference in my hair. All the thin patches have grown back as I was told they would. It is very easy to maintain the products given to me to help regrow my hair. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly and the complimentary head massage is always a nice touch.
